I tried this spaghetti with the hopes that it would in some way resemble the wheat pasta I used to love to eat, but it doesn't even come close. The taste is ricey and bland, and it falls apart despite following the cooking directions. There are many good wf/gf pasta products out there these days, but this isn't one of them.

I like this pasta because its a great alternative to wheat pasta that I cant eat due to food allergies. I make different dishes with it and like its versatility.

DeBoles Spaghetti turns out perfectly, pot after pot. The trick is bringing the water (with a little olive oil in it) to a rolling boil, before adding the pasta. Then boil for ten minutes, remove immediately, and drain. The pasta is al dente and never sticky, hard, or mushy. I will continue to buy this pasta. It is much better than NRG and other brands.
